# Subprocessors

> The affiliates and third parties who help us offer our Services.

Sequence uses a range of affiliates and third-party subprocessors who help us provide the Services we offer.

The subprocessors offer a range of different services to us as described below.

## Infrastructure

The following third parties act as infrastructure providers. They act as stores as well as processors of data.

## Customer content

The following third parties act as subprocessors and assist us in providing elements of our Services. Depending on your use of Sequence, data you provide to us may be shared with some or all them but only in the context of fulfilling the service(s) you ask us to provide.

  **Your content is never used to train AI models.**

  We (and our sub-processors and AI providers) do not use your content to train models, fine-tune models, or update model weights.

  A limited number of contracts submitted to Watchtower may be used internally in evaluations to compare the tool’s outputs against expected results and improve prompts, retrieval or validation; it never involves training a model on customer content. Customers may opt out of this evaluation use on request.
