# Attach documents

> Upload additional documents to quotes to simplify the signing process for prospects 

If your contracting process requires additional documents to be signed, you can upload these to your quote in Sequence and get everything signed through a single e-signature.

For example, your proposal stage may look like this:

1. Your prospect asks for a quote.
2. You create a quote and share it via Sequence.
3. After a few iterations, your prospect agrees to the pricing.
4. The next stage requires a mutual service agreement involving several rounds of redlining.
5. Once everything is agreed, the final MSA can be uploaded to Sequence.
6. The prospect can sign all documents via a single e-signature.

To upload attachments, go to the sidebar and upload a file. Only PDF documents are supported.

View PDFs side-by-side within quotes or billing schedules.

The published quote includes an overview of all attached files, available for download.

All uploaded documents are included in the e-signature flow, so your customer can sign via a single step.
